Terms and Conditions

1. Quotes are valid for working 30 days as of quote date. 

2. Prices quoted are exclusive of delivery costs. 

3. Estimated completion period for standard jobs: 7 – 10 working days. 
(Please discuss deadlines at the onset of a quote).

4. Proof of EFT payment schedules a job to be booked. 
(Proof can be emailed to michele@trinitytrading.co.za)

5. A sign-off (written approval) may be requested on certain jobs. Sign-offs can be in the form of an email instructing us to “Go a-head” or “Alter details”. 

6. For order collections / deliveries: 

We currently  have two collection points namely:

• Fourways (Cedar Square area)
  JHB &
• Eldograigne, Centurion, PTA

Alternatively:

Orders can be couriered to any other areas, nationally. Estimated Courier charges for other areas (2kg or less): (door to door)

• PTA / JHB – R85.00 (1 – 2 working days delivery)
• Rustenburg, Polokwane, Nelspruit, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Cape Town R145.00 (2 – 3 working days delivery)
• For any other areas – please discuss with us.

For more cost effective courier options:

• Pepstores to Pepstores courier can be used  – R55.00 (7-9 working days delivery).

7. Customer satisfaction is key in our company, so where possible, every effort will be made to produce a job sample for customer approval prior to starting a job.
